Chinese Wood Ear Mushroom!

Dried chinese wood ear mushrooms are amazing. Buy a bag of mushrooms at the supermarket, can be stored for 12 months. When you need some put it in water for about 30 minutes and they will apear as fresh as newly picked.

Lussekatter 2009!

One week earlier then "allowed"! Did not have my mothers recipe this year so tried http://www.kungsornen.se/Recept/Bakning/Bullar/?rid=893 and also made the dough more loose/sticky to make the buns more fluffy.

Thin sweet lemon oatmeal bisciuts!

My frind Martin was kind to lend me some baking tools. I hope he enjoyed the special oatmeal biscuits I made for him as a thanks!

75g butter
1dl oatmeal
1dl sugar
1dl flour
Peel for 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Melt butter and mix with all other ingredients. Click out small biscuits on a baking plate. 200degrees for 6minutes. Remove from the plate when they are warm.

Herman!

Herman is a friendship cake based on a leaven. This one is with apple, cinnamon, dark chocolate and walnuts. You will get the recepie when you recieve the leavan from a friend.

Friend of a friend Müsli!

5dl fiberoatmeal
5dl ryeflakes
1dl shredded coconut
1 dl linseed
1dl pumpernickel
1½dl sunflower seeds
2 dl mixed nuts
1dl raw sugar
2tbs cinnamon
2dl water
5tbs cooking oil.
If you want rasins or dried frute mix it with the müsli after it is rosted in the owen. "Squeeze" the mix together and put it on a baking plate, rost it in the oven on 200degrees for 30minutes. Make sure to mix the müsli a few times during the rosting process. Let it cool down and enjoy!
